For each sachet, add 1 full scoop of water (70 ml)
Stir until the batter is combined (Do not overbeat).
(optional) Mix your favourite veggies to the batter like onion, tomato, capsicum, corn, coriander, chillies, mushrooms or anything else you might like.
Pour the batter onto a heated and well oiled pan.
Cook on medium-high heat until sides are cooked (approx 2-3 mins). Flip and cook for another 1-2 mins.
Serve fresh from the pan and enjoy it with ketchup, chutney or any other condiments of your choice.
